At Evolve, we see the importance in building a community of like minded people.

Getting our community together to train hard, have fun and support each other, is an important part of our studio.

In general, group training on its own isn't very efficient and effective at getting specific goals for people.

The reason for this is that the training isn't tailored to suit each individual, the training needs to be generalised, and the focus on technique is difficult to achieve with large groups too.

Because of this, group training on its own is not available at Evolve, but rather, it is used in conjunction with personal training.

This way our clients can still focus on their own customised training and eating plans to get the best results possible, and also have some fun in group situations where they can motivate each other and keep the social aspect of their weekly routine.

We offer boxing and HIIT classes, as well as blocks of strength training throughout the year. This way, every client has a great mix of training types available to them that they can incorporate into their weekly routine and keep things interesting. Its also a great way to get your cardio in for the week if you aren't that keen on cardio.

Our trainers have extensive experience in training groups that spans over a decade. We have trained everyone from Primary Schools to professional sporting teams.

Our group training has been a great tool in keeping our members connected and supporting each other throughout their journeys, and that is an invaluable part of what we offer.
