The hardest part about getting fit is getting started. You know you have bad food habits, you know you're not training enough (or you're probably doing the 'wrong' workouts) - but life's busy so you never end up fixing the problem.

Private 1-on-1 Training Sessions

Our personal training is world class. We deliver meticulously planned out weekly 1 on 1 training based on your exercise history, strength and fitness level, previous medical or injury history and your current postural imbalances. Your trainer will teach you how to master each exercise so that you can get the best results possible and do it in a way that is safe and efficient. We will assist you with teaching you each exercise, as well as structure your sessions, and make sure you are always training at your potential.

Group Training Sessions

Group training will compliment the personal training and tailored training programs you'll receive. We'll be including HIIT / Circuit training, Boxing, and Strength training every week of the challenge. 

Our group training has a focus on learning and improving technique, this way you can improve as you go, be efficient with your training, and do it safely. Because of our history in dealing with injuries and medical conditions, all of our group sessions can include anyone with any experience, ability, fitness level, and previous injury history.

Custom Training Plans

All programs are custom built, based on your posture, previous health/injury history, training experience and goals. 

Tailored Nutrition Plans

Your assigned coach will build you a custom meal plan to suit your body type, weight, age, height, activity level and goals. Even the foods chosen are based one which foods will have the most positive change to your health and previous history.
