Just would like to say when I first decided to enrol in the Frontline management course I had no idea how I was ever going to be able to as everywhere I looked I would have had to do the course by correspondence. But fortunately one of my staff was reading the newspaper and seen the ad and promptly informed me.
From my very first phone call I felt that I would be supported in achieving my goals. The staff in Mount Isa were very helpful and pleasant but I kept them on their toes as I was going on annual leave and was leaving town 3 days later. So for them it was to get all the paperwork signed by myself and this meant that they were coming to my place of work to get this complete so I thank them very much.
Well as you know Samantha as it was getting closer for me to start the course I was becoming very nervous and started doubting my ability to be able to complete the course, but thanks to you, you calmed my nerves and I went along.
I had the best four days, it was fun informative and I really liked how Joe could re-word statements made so everyone could understand what he was trying to get across. Joe seems to be very patient, and no question is a stupid question I felt like I could say anything and not feel silly.
During the course of the four days one of my staff members had passed away and Joe was very caring and had offered me the time off and assured me that he would help me catch up. This to me is just the personal touch we all need and I think that Evolve training is just great.
So once again Samantha thankyou and all the team.
