Outstanding Customer Service Training

Our company is growing larger each year, and we wanted to explore new avenues in terms of training and getting the best out of our staff. Sam and Joe explained that this course was all about results – not just the customer service aspect – but for the individual’s own personal development, and the importance of introducing a positive culture to the organisation. This course is not your typical customer service course – it is completely the opposite.

This course is all about personal development and in depth thinking, and realizing your own thoughts and actions and how they can affect not only your customers, but the people in your own life as well.

When we introduced the Customer service concept to our stores, we initially had the comments;

  • “I have done customer service before – I don’t need to do that – I already know what that is about”.
  • “I already know how to serve customers – I don’t think that would benefit me”.

However the feedback from each time we have run the course we have seen people’s attitudes shift from a negative mindset to an optimistic and positive outlook on what this type of training can produce. Now we have staff coming and asking us if they can do the course once they have heard the positive feedback from others.

Just would like to say when I first decided to enrol in the Frontline management course I had no idea how I was ever going to be able to as everywhere I looked I would have had to do the course by correspondence. But fortunately one of my staff was reading the newspaper and seen the ad and promptly informed me.

From my very first phone call I felt that I would be supported in achieving my goals. The staff in Mount Isa were very helpful and pleasant but I kept them on their toes as I was going on annual leave and was leaving town 3 days later. So for them it was to get all the paperwork signed by myself and this meant that they were coming to my place of work to get this complete so I thank them very much.

Well as you know Samantha as it was getting closer for me to start the course I was becoming very nervous and started doubting my ability to be able to complete the course, but thanks to you, you calmed my nerves and I went along.

I had the best four days, it was fun informative and I really liked how Joe could re-word statements made so everyone could understand what he was trying to get across. Joe seems to be very patient, and no question is a stupid question I felt like I could say anything and not feel silly.

During the course of the four days one of my staff members had passed away and Joe was very caring and had offered me the time off and assured me that he would help me catch up. This to me is just the personal touch we all need and I think that Evolve training is just great.

So once again Samantha thankyou and all the team.

The training went really well and all personnel that attended got something out of it.

What was particularly useful was the psychological aspect of the training, which encouraged us to engage in a degree of self-examination in order to better apply ourselves. Whether that was applied to customer service, as was the intention, or to any other aspect of our jobs, it was useful training that got us thinking about what type of thinkers we are and how we view the world.

Joe was great value as a trainer and shared many of his own experiences with us which was much appreciated.
