Samantha Hart

Samantha comes from a strong sales and customer focused background and is passionate about people, customer service and training. For as long a she can remember she had a strong desire to do meaningful work where she felt she was contributing to society and making a positive difference in the lives of others.

After landing her dream job in the training industry she soon realised that her vision, enthusiasm and passion exceeded that of her colleagues. The focus seemed to be on sales at any expense to the customer and the results of this was always short term, rather than building long lasting professional relationships designed around trust, honesty, great customer service.

Samantha often experienced workplace cultures dominated by fear; these were cultivated by leadership styles that influenced staff negatively. The results of which moved staff to merely be doing a job to get a pay packet at the end of the week. By contrast Samantha instilled a sense of purpose in others believing that everyone can become genuinely inspired and intrinsically motivated by what they did in the workplace.

Samantha established Evolve to make a difference in the lives of everyone who wants more meaning in their work; people who care enough about others to positively influence them regardless of the position they hold. Samantha refers to these people as natives (people who make a meaningful contribution to the growth of others) because if Evolve is increasing the native population, in turn the workplace will become a healthier place to grow. Samantha welcomes you to experience the difference that Evolve can make in your life and the lives of those you work with.
